Our three technician levels include:


Level I Support Technician - PC technicians skilled in new systems setup and deployment. Setup desktop and laptop computers, printers, and basic connectivity to network environments.

Level II Systems Technician - CompTIA certified technician with experience and knowledge to solve most technical problems.

Level III Network Technician - Certified Network Engineer possessing one or more industry certifications including Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNE, Cisco CCNA, etc., etc.
